Medical appointments and schedules

Essential steps

1. In Settings › Medical centers, define the schedule: times per day, time slots and the duration of the medical appointment (15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes, configurable at the company level).
2. Configure the blocking schedules (start and end date/time, reason) and national holidays—via API or manually—and local holidays. The system validates overlaps and duplicates.
3. If you work with several consultations per center, define a specific schedule and timetable for each consultation, within the limits of the center.
4. Create the appointment within an available time slot, associating the company and employee. The appointment can directly generate the medical examination using pre-filled data.
5. Check the counters on the home screen (medical examinations and scheduled visits for 7 days) to anticipate the agenda load.
